Lughole is a not for profit community benefits society and relies on volunteer participation to support the success of events. The venue is an accessible 220 capacity members club which has its own PA and runs a licensed bar. This means that only members, guests of members and performers can attend events.
Lughole is working towards being a safer space, this means that we will not tolerate violent, aggressive, discriminatory, oppressive, and harassing behaviours from members, guests, and performers. Lughole is working towards being an inclusive space, enabling accessibility to art and music events for marginalised communities.
How do I book an event?
Event bookings are only accepted from club members. Please email Lugholebooking@gmail.com to enquire about booking.
A member of the events subcommittee will monitor the inbox, advise if the proposed booking date is free, give you some basic hire information and will ask for details of the event. This information will then be taken back to the monthly events subcommittee for a decision, if you require an imminent decision, please mention this in your booking enquiry email.
All events will require sponsorship from an existing member of the events subcommittee. We encourage promoters to join the subcommittee and participate in volunteering for events.
